£1.00 per asset, per week. A trailer is an asset of its own, at the same rate.
An asset costs nothing in a week it had no activity. A vehicle off the road is a vehicle you do not pay for.
Add as many drivers, users, sites and reports as you like. The asset is the only thing that is counted.
An asset is one of the things you keep on your fleet: a driven vehicle – a truck, van, bus or car – or a trailer.
A trailer is an asset in its own right.
A cab and the trailer behind it are two assets, and they are charged as two, even when the driver checks them both on a single report.
Reports are not what you pay for; assets are.
Drivers, users, sites and reports are not assets and are never counted. Adding a second driver to a vehicle, or a third daily check to the same day, does not change the bill.
A week runs Monday to Sunday. An asset is charged for a week only if it had at least one activity recorded in that week.
One activity or fifty, the charge for that asset that week is the same £1.00. Nothing recorded at all, and there is nothing to pay for it.
Weeks are counted separately. An asset used in one week and left standing the next is charged for the first week only.
Any one of these, recorded against the asset during the week, makes it active for that week.

Nothing more to pay. You are charged for the asset, not for the check – check it once or check it fifty times, the week costs the same. Check as often as you like.

The trailer is an asset of its own, so it is charged like one. One report, but two assets: the cab you have already paid for this week, and the trailer you have not.

A third asset has been used this week, so a third asset is charged. The cab and the first trailer are already paid for.

It costs you nothing. An asset you did not use is an asset you are not charged for.

Three of your four assets were used, so three of your four assets are charged. Between them your drivers sent in five reports, and the number of reports made no difference to the total.
Next week starts from nothing. If AB21 CDE goes in for repair and is never checked, it costs you nothing that week – you only pay for what you actually use.

Count the assets you actually use in a normal week – cabs, vans, buses and trailers. That is your number.

Monthly figures are a year of weekly charges divided by twelve, because a month is not four weeks. And these are the most it can come to – anything that stands still that week comes off the bill.
Everything is available during the trial. There is nothing to pay until you decide to stay.
